Protection of personal data of the e-shop ………

The company AMIMA s.r.o., with its registered office at Alexandrov drov 479, 951 34 Báb, ID number 44604882, registered at the District Court in Nitra, section sro, file 24112/N (hereinafter referred to as the “seller” or “administrator”) processes the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

The above personal data must be processed for the processing of orders and further performance of the contract, if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) Regulation - processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.

The seller processes these data also for the purpose of recording the contract and any future exercise and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The retention and processing of personal data is for the above-mentioned purpose for a period of 5 years from the implementation of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter c) and f) Regulation - processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the administrator.

News and other business messages may be sent to the buyer to the e-mail address or telephone number, this procedure is permitted by Section 62 para. 3 of Act No. 351/2011, on electronic communications, unless the buyer refuses it. These notifications can be unsubscribed at any time in any way - for example by sending an e-mail or clicking on the link in the commercial notification.

We determine your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers program, to which our e-shop is involved. We send these to you every time you make a purchase from us, unless you refuse to receive e-mail for direct marketing purposes pursuant to Section 62 of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended. We process personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers program based on our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with your purchase from us. To send questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyze our market position, we use a processing intermediary, which is the operator of the Heureka.sk portal, to whom we may transfer information about the purchased goods and your e-mail address for these purposes. Your personal data is not transferred to any third party for their own purposes when sending e-mail questionnaires. You can object to the sending of e-mail questionnaires within the Verified by Customers program at any time by rejecting further questionnaires using the link in the e-mail with the questionnaire. In case of your objection, we will not send you the questionnaire again.

The processing of personal data is carried out by AMIMA s.r.o., i.e. the personal data administrator. Personal data is also processed for this administrator by the following processors:

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
